Shipping:

Return Window:

You can return your purchased items within 7 days of receiving the order.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition

  • Be in the original packaging

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Upon approval, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Orders:

If you receive an incorrect item (wrong size, color, or design), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with photographic proof. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Sizing Issues:

We do not accept returns for sizing issues. Please refer to our detailed size guide before making a purchase to ensure the correct fit.

Change of Mind:

We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases.

Return Instructions:

To initiate a return for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at info@koolloco.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please email us at info@koolloco.com We will provide you with instructions on where to send your return. 

The customer will be responsible for return costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at info@koolloco.com

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
